🚚 Shipping throughout Europe

We ship to all European Union countries. Whether in Lisbon, Paris, Berlin, or Amsterdam, your MIORA jewelry arrives safely and with care.

📦 Preparation time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak sales, Christmas, etc., this time may take longer.

🇪🇸 Spain 2 to 4 business days
🇪🇺 Other EU countries 3 to 7 business days

Note: These delivery times are estimated averages. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping or customs (in non-EU countries).

💸 Shipping costs

The shipping cost to any country in the European Union, including Portugal, is fixed:

  • Standard shipping: €99 (single amount per order)

The amount is automatically added to the total at checkout.

📍 Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order's progress in real time.

❗ Orders returned due to incorrect address or absence

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missing delivery , we'll contact you to reschedule the shipment. A new shipping cost may apply.
