Refund Policy

At MIORA , we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. But if, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, no problem—we have a clear and fair refund policy.


🔁 Returns

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to provide justification.

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition , with no signs of use.

  • Be in the original packaging and with all labels.

  • Be accompanied by the purchase invoice or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the above requirements, we will issue a refund as follows.


💸 Refunds

Once the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days .

The shipping cost is non-refundable , unless the return is due to our error or manufacturing defect.


❌ Products ineligible for return

  • Jewelry worn or damaged by the customer.

  • Gift cards or discount vouchers.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.


⚠️ Exchanges

We don't accept direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you must request a refund and make a new purchase.


📍 Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defect or shipping error.
